The main focus of our company's activities has been, since its establishment, the provision of audit services, tax consultancy (to individuals and legal entities), as well as providing advice about and implementing
international accounting standards (
IFRS and US-GAAP), and compiling consolidated financial statements. We have also elaborated work procedures enabling us to effectively identify within a relatively short timeframe all errors, distortions, and inaccuracies – hence, we can provide, e.g. to potential investors, effective
due diligence services in order to maximise the information base for their decision.
We are also involved in the transformation of companies, such as mergers, spinoffs, transfers of assets to partners, etc. We are happy to help you with internal guidelines and regulations and can also offer you accounting and tax guides. For our clients and other interested persons from among the professional public, we publish a periodic bulletin, where we inform readers about current (and all too often over-rapid) developments in accounting, tax and commercial legislation.
