The scope of due diligence differs depending on individual requirements and intentions of client. That’s why we draw our attention primarily to the process of specification of order and preparing plans and schedule of works. During this process we, together with the client, try to find optimum range and structure of information necessary for realization of client’s intentions and prevent him from costly acquiring ineffective or hardly applicable findings. In practice we perform detailed analysis of assets, liabilities, profits or losses, accounting and tax analysis, identification of all possible risks, legal analysis, analysis of information systems etc. most frequently we use combination of hereinbefore mentioned proceedings.

Works such as due diligence can be performed by cooperation with employees of audited subject (in such conditions when these employees are fully informed on schedule and scope of our works), or also in conditions of particular level of secrecy. In the framework of such works it is possible to ensure revision of correctness and entirety of information prepared for potential investors in so called data rooms.

Standard output from due diligence is detailed report for client containing recapitulation of all acquired information and findings emphasizing facts which are of the utmost importance for the client’s goals and intentions. Depending on order formulation this report can also contain specification of our recommendations, proposed arrangements overview etc. We always place emphasis on objective interpretation of acquired findings in their mutual coherency.
