The company SP Audit, s.r.o., the operator of the website www.spaudit.cz, is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its websites and any mobile applications in accordance with Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on the requirements for the accessibility of certain products and services, which transposes the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act, EAA) into the Czech legal system. The websites strive to meet the technical requirements according to the standard EN 301 549, which corresponds to WCAG 2.1 AA.

This statement applies to the publicly accessible parts of the website www.spaudit.cz. In the event that a mobile application is operated, accessibility will be assessed to the same extent.
Status of Compliance
The spaudit.cz website is not yet fully compliant with the accessibility requirements according to EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA. We are continuously removing the identified shortcomings. The following issues may persist at this time:
-
alternative texts are missing or are not ideal for some older images,
-
in some places, there may be insufficient contrast between the text and the background,
-
some components are not yet fully keyboard-operable and do not have correctly defined focus states,
-
selected PDF and other documents may be temporarily inaccessible to screen readers.
Transitional Provisions and Exceptions
The website www.spaudit.cz was launched before June 28, 2025. In accordance with the transitional provisions of the European Accessibility Act and Act No. 424/2023 Coll., we are gradually bringing the services into full compliance no later than June 28, 2030. The Act allows temporary exceptions, for example, for pre-recorded audiovisual files and office documents published no later than June 27, 2025, or for content that will not be updated after June 28, 2025.
Assessment Method
The statement was prepared based on an internal accessibility audit (automated checks + manual keyboard and screen reader tests), an assessment by an external expert company, and continuous checks. The last revision took place on September 22, 2025.
